Responsibilities
- Debug and troubleshoot complex customer cases for FlexPLM and fix confirmed software defects.
- Perform root-cause analysis and develop long-term solutions for complex, escalated, or critical system issues.
- Design, modify, develop, and implement software programming applications.
- Write well-documented, performant code that meets organizational standards.
- Create and run unit and integration tests and improve code coverage with JUnit automation.
- Manage infrastructure related to escalated issues and collaborate directly with customers or partners when needed.
- Share technical information with the team and broader audiences and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience.
- Proficiency with Core Java and Java collections.
- Experience with JSP, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript, and AG Grid.
- Experience working with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Strong code coverage and JUnit automation skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude is an advantage.
