Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies aligned with business and functional requirements.
- Design and implement Selenium test automation scripts and integrate automated testing into development and delivery pipelines.
- Define and monitor testing metrics, test execution, defect resolution, and overall quality performance.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and drive robust defect identification and resolution.
- Coordinate with development and other cross-functional teams to align on project goals and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within quality engineering processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- Proficiency in Selenium and strong knowledge of related automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience designing and implementing test automation scripts.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams and mentor junior team members.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
