Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements, platform capabilities, integrations, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical oversight for implementation and ensure solutions follow ICF and ServiceNow standards and processes.
- Oversee ServiceNow integrations, workflow automation, and data consistency across systems.
- Analyze and optimize performance, address bottlenecks, and ensure solution responsiveness.
- Design quality assurance plans and verify technical deliverables meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers on scope, timelines, project status, and deployment registrations.
- Design security plans and ensure compliance with security best practices and requirements.
- Create architecture diagrams, design specifications, implementation guidelines, and other technical documentation.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor and coach ServiceNow staff through tailored growth plans.
- Build client, ServiceNow, and strategic partner relationships and facilitate issue resolution.
- Develop client roadmaps, identify business opportunities, support license sales, and contribute to proposals and presentations.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience implementing at least two of HRSD, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or Software/Hardware Asset Management.
- Active Top Secret clearance is required.
- Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and perform all work in the United States.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Experience with Integration Hub, REST API, and custom integration scripting.
- Experience with JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- Demonstrated expertise in system architecture, solution design, scalable systems, integrations, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
