Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions.
- Create and manage templates, envelopes, PowerForms, and custom workflows.
- Integrate DocuSign with Salesforce, SharePoint, SAP, Microsoft 365, and custom applications using REST APIs and SDKs.
- Gather requirements with business analysts and stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot DocuSign functionality and integration issues.
- Provide documentation, training, and end-user and internal-team support.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of hands-on experience with DocuSign eSignature and/or CLM.
- Require proficiency with DocuSign REST and SOAP APIs and SDKs such as Java, .NET, and Node.js.
- Require experience with OAuth, JWT, and other authentication methods.
- Require understanding of document lifecycle management and digital signature workflows.
- Require experience integrating DocuSign with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or custom applications.
- Require familiarity with JSON, XML, and scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are required.
- DocuSign Developer Certification(s), Agile/Scrum experience, and experience with other eSignature platforms are preferred.
- Salesforce experience is a value-added but non-mandatory skill.
