Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications on the Oracle Cloud platform.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Complete code reviews and automated testing with guidance from peers and leaders.
- Debug software components and identify defects for remediation.
- Support and monitor software across test, integration, and production environments.
- Develop and configure Oracle HCM solutions spanning Talent, Learn, Recruiting, and other HCM modules.
- Engineer interfaces between systems and support the external career website.
- Analyze and validate the impact of quarterly HCM Fusion patches.
- Configure multi-region and multi-country Oracle HCM environments, workflows, notifications, reports, and customizations.
- Support information security, platform health, security provisioning, and resolution of access issues.
- Conduct conference room pilots and fit-gap analysis.
- Use Oracle SR processes for issue resolution and escalation.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
- 8 or more years of professional software development experience or comparable experience.
- Prior experience implementing the HCM Fusion Core Module.
- Experience with HCM Fusion quarterly patch impact analysis and validation.
- Experience with multi-region or multi-country Oracle HCM configuration and administration.
- Experience developing Oracle Journeys, email notifications using Alert Composer or BIP, and approval workflows.
- Experience developing solutions using Document of Record.
- Experience with DFF and EFF customization, report customization, concurrent programs, value sets, form functions, and functional setups.
- Experience conducting conference room pilots and fit-gap analysis.
- Experience using the Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Preferred knowledge of VBS, Redwood, ORC, Talent, Learn, and Compensation.
- Preferred experience implementing, managing, and provisioning security and resolving security access problems.
- Preferred experience migrating to Redwood pages.
