Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance software components across systems and applications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Write and integrate PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers with software components and services.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex database-related issues.
- Document development processes and code changes.
- Identify development risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Participate in team discussions and independently contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PL/SQL).
- Expert proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and query optimization.
- Experience writing efficient stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Familiarity with integrating PL/SQL code with software components and services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex database issues.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
