Responsibilities
- Create and deploy site-specific applications for operational needs.
- Lead deployment of Unilever Masterapps in compliance with global standards.
- Validate application performance and integration with existing systems.
- Manage on-premises and cloud-based databases, including backup, recovery, and monitoring.
- Support data analytics initiatives by maintaining clean and accessible datasets.
- Lead digital pilot projects at BWPC-Cavite and deliver measurable outcomes on time and in full.
- Develop and deliver training for Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians and Operation System Owners.
- Partner with IT, Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Quality teams on deployments.
- Report project outcomes in digital governance forums and promote digital adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Automation, or a related field.
- Knowledge of application development tools, SQL and Oracle database platforms, cloud databases, Azure, AWS, and integration frameworks.
- Relevant IT or cloud certifications are preferred.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and clear communication skills.
- Amenable to work in General Trias, Cavite.
