Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.

- Document findings and solutions to support team knowledge sharing.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Proficiency in Japanese.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and middleware technologies.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues in production environments.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and support tools.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes.
