Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise solution architecture for major business capabilities, digital platforms, and cross-domain initiatives.
- Design transversal platforms and reusable digital capabilities across business verticals.
- Define digital technology standards, reference architectures, reusable blueprints, and solution patterns.
- Lead architecture decisions and trade-off discussions covering scalability, resilience, security, compliance, cost, and maintainability.
- Incorporate cybersecurity, data privacy, GxP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements into architecture designs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical adoption paths.
- Mentor architects and engineers, facilitate architecture reviews and design sessions, and help reduce technical debt and improve reuse.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience designing and delivering complex enterprise technology solutions across multiple business domains.
- Proven experience leading enterprise or solution architecture for large-scale digital platforms, business capabilities, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience translating business strategy, product needs, and technical requirements into scalable, secure, practical end-to-end architectures.
- Experience guiding engineering teams from architecture concept through implementation, delivery, and adoption in complex or regulated environments.
- Deep expertise across cloud architecture, software architecture, security architecture, and enterprise platforms, with hands-on engineering experience.
- Experience designing scalable, resilient, secure cloud-native architectures using AWS and Azure.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, REST, GraphQL, messaging, and API management.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, identity and access management, risk management, secure design, and compliance-by-design practices.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, automation, observability, architecture frameworks, reference architectures, decision records, and architecture roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and relevant professional certifications preferred.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically, communicate complex architecture concepts, facilitate decision-making, influence without direct authority, and mentor architects and engineers.
