Responsibilities
- Drive the design and implementation of high-performance backends for ad creative generation.
- Lead the development of end-to-end image and video editing engines.
- Architect infrastructure to bridge ad performance and creative generation.
- Solve engineering challenges around high-concurrency inference and latency optimization.
- Design and maintain middleware for content filtering and compliance.
- Partner with Product, UX, and Ads ML leadership to define the technical roadmap.
- Raise the bar for code quality, system reliability, and documentation.

- Strong experience bridging the gap between ML models and production software.
- Deep understanding of how technical decisions impact business outcomes.
