Base Salary

Responsibilities

Design, build, maintain, debug, and test Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and custom integrations.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Salesforce Connect/OData, and platform events.
Manage deployments across sandboxes using version control and release-management tooling while following change-control practices.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, automation, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings.
Support data migration, imports, exception-log monitoring, duplicate management, mass updates, and data-quality improvements.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards, including automation-driven reporting for senior management and sales-efficiency reporting.
Document solutions and processes, provide second-level Salesforce support, train users and team members, and promote platform adoption.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and experience extending them with custom code and external integrations.
Experience with SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP web services, third-party integrations, debugging other developers’ code, and version control or CI/CD and release-management tooling.
Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or CPQ Specialist certifications and experience with Salesforce CPQ.
Strong presentation, organization, adaptability, teamwork, and multitasking skills.

Remote, full-time position in the USA.
USD 100,000–128,500 gross annual base salary, with possible additional variable compensation and benefits.
