Base Salary
$113k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and application development teams on application design and feature delivery.
- Implement significant portions of frontend systems and help other engineers with implementation.
- Own features end to end, from product and design collaboration through shipping and monitoring impact.
- Build developer frameworks, platforms, and frontend pipeline improvements that increase developer velocity, code quality, and code health.
- Drive frontend operational excellence through reliability, performance, instrumentation, measurability, and application performance monitoring.
- Perform design and code reviews and mentor engineers on best practices and patterns.
- Identify improvements to frontend systems and drive technical changes that improve developer experience and time to ship.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI development experience.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular Frameworks.
- Experience with SpringBoot and React.
- Knowledge of Jenkins.
- Ability to work in full stack development; backend systems knowledge is a plus.
- Track record of driving change in engineering organizations and delivering business outcomes.
- Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, achieve results, and establish credibility with engineers.
