Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement AI-driven business transformation solutions.
- Lead project execution by defining plans and aligning internal teams for timely delivery.
- Build and configure intelligent solutions using the DevRev platform.
- Integrate AI agents with external systems for seamless workflow automation.
- Optimize performance of AI solutions for accuracy and scalability.
- Conduct live demos and build rapid proof-of-concepts based on customer feedback.
- Travel up to 50% for on-site customer engagement and deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with large language models and AI solution design.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable enterprise architecture solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Comfortable integrating systems via APIs and webhooks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
