Responsibilities
- Design AI-driven business transformation solutions, applied AI requirements, and detailed customer architectures.
- Build and configure AI agents, skills, workflows, snap-ins, and AirSync connectors on the DevRev platform.
- Develop custom integrations, solution prototypes, proofs of concept, and technical implementations.
- Integrate AI agents with CRMs, APIs, databases, and other external platforms.
- Tune prompts, logic, and agent configurations for accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Own customer requirements, technical specifications, solution designs, proposals, estimates, and outcome measurement frameworks.
- Lead customer demos, prototype iterations, and technical advisory engagements.
- Define project plans, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely deployment delivery.
- Serve as the technical owner connecting pre-sales, customer success, engineering, product, and customer teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting with customer-facing experience.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and building evaluations for agentic AI solutions.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise architecture with security, scalability, and identity-management considerations.
- Hands-on enterprise-scale experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, and event/data pipelines.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to engineering and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe are preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.
