Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications for COS and Portfolio Brands.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, architects, and backend engineers to deliver technical solutions.
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design reviews, and engineering standards.
- Develop frontend architecture, state management solutions, RESTful API and GraphQL integrations, and automated testing strategies.
- Work within an Agile team to deliver scalable, user-friendly e-commerce software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong frontend experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Next.js.
- Experience with frontend architecture, system design, headless CMS, component-driven architectures, e-commerce, SaaS, or large-scale enterprise applications.
- Experience with React libraries and frameworks such as Redux, React Router, or Next.js.
- Experience with Git, frontend build tools, module bundlers, testing frameworks, backend technologies, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, Node.js, Webpack, Babel, cloud platforms, and CI/CD or DevOps practices.
- Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, UI/UX principles, Agile/Scrum, and effective collaboration with designers and stakeholders.
