Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation frameworks with defined architecture and best practices.
- Develop risk-based automation strategies by analyzing processes and prioritizing test areas.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members on automation tools and techniques.
- Offer technical support for automation initiatives, ensuring proper implementation.
- Create end-to-end solutions integrating validations across UI, API, and data layers.
- Standardize and scale automation practices across projects and accounts.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for accurate reporting and stability.
- Analyze and improve processes to optimize performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Expertise in process analysis for identifying automation opportunities.
- Experience in developing automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Proficiency in testing architecture design and API testing with Postman.
- Ability to create risk-based automation strategies.
- Experience integrating automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging skills for end-to-end flows and flaky tests.
- Experience with automation for CMS content management.
- Strong strategic thinking and technical leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and business perspectives.
