Base Salary
$150k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications and services focused on generative AI and LLMs.
- Build reliable, production-ready pipelines for generative AI integrations, document parsing, model fine-tuning, and RAG systems.
- Partner across teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency improvements.
- Track advancements in AI and guide technology adoption and strategy.
- Contribute to the vision, goals, and roadmap for AI/ML development while owning meaningful technical decisions.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering ability with experience building generative AI or LLM applications and production-ready AI systems.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with sound technical judgment.
- Ability to take ownership, collaborate clearly, and make pragmatic decisions about what to build and scale.
- Preferred: experience taking a product or major feature from 0 to 1.
- Preferred: experience in early-stage or high-growth environments, founding or co-founding a venture, or scaling AI-powered systems beyond prototypes.
- Preferred: strong product instincts alongside technical depth.
- Must reside in the United States and be a US person, such as a US citizen or permanent resident.
