$203k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Discover, access, import, clean, and prepare data for machine learning.
- Create and refine features and build pipelines to train and deploy models.
- Implement, refine, and design machine learning algorithms with data scientists.
- Run A/B tests, perform statistical analysis, and evaluate model impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and product engineers.
- Communicate results to peers, leaders, and non-technical users.
- Explore emerging technologies and assess their potential customer benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 6 years of experience.
- Knowledge of data science tools, frameworks, and machine learning techniques including classification, regression, and clustering.
- Understanding of machine learning principles such as training and validation.
- Knowledge of SQL and data query and processing tools.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, performance complexity, computer architecture, version control, and production-ready coding.
- Experience deploying highly scalable software supporting millions or more users.
- Experience with GPU acceleration and cloud technology integrations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
