Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, needs, and problems.
- Design and implement customer solutions that integrate with Lovable.
- Translate real-world usage insights into foundational platform improvements.
- Own projects end-to-end from ideation and architecture through shipping and iteration.
- Shape Forward Deployed Engineering practices, including rituals, playbooks, and organizational design.
- Contribute to core product strategy, technical decisions, and cultural foundations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack products.
- Proficiency with modern frontend development using React and TypeScript.
- Strong backend development skills and familiarity with distributed systems.
- Ability to rapidly prototype, experiment, and learn from real usage.
- Exceptional product intuition and ability to work directly with users.
- Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, high-agency environments.
- Experience with agentic AI systems or LLMs is a bonus.
- Experience leading zero-to-one product development is a bonus.
- Experience in a founding or early startup environment is a bonus.
