Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architectures for platforms, products, or engagements.
- Define solutions addressing performance, capability, scalability, and system integration needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage teams.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and support their technical development.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), with 7.5 years also stated as the minimum project experience.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) is required.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance architectures within ServiceNow CSM environments.
- Strong knowledge of platform capabilities and integration techniques for customer service solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Familiarity with solution-delivery practices including performance tuning and capacity planning.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
