Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deliver, and improve scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
- Build and manage robust infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support reliable delivery of digital solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, promote code quality and knowledge sharing, and implement effective unit testing practices.
- Apply secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
- Analyze complex information, advise stakeholders, identify risks, and strengthen controls and governance.
- Lead or guide collaborative assignments and, where applicable, set objectives and coach team members.
Requirements
- Experience with Java, including JDK 21, Python, Spring Boot, React JS, JavaScript, Oracle Database, and SQL.
- Experience with microservices architecture, design patterns, clean coding practices, Jenkins, GitLab, Kubernetes, and OpenShift Container Platform.
- AI literacy and familiarity with cloud-native architectures using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, or LangChain is highly valued.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, performance tuning, and distributed systems is valued.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is valued.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, communicate complex information, influence stakeholders, and manage risk and controls.
