Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of UiPath automations in alignment with agreed architecture.
  • Build end-to-end automations covering orchestration, exception handling, monitoring, logging, security, and compliance.
  • Develop high-quality, reusable, maintainable, and performant automation code.
  • Translate architectural designs into executable automation frameworks and contribute to technical decisions on tools, components, and integrations.
  • Lead automation workstreams, review code and workflows, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
  • Coach and mentor junior and experienced automation engineers and support onboarding and upskilling.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, business analysts, DevOps, and IT teams.
  • Participate in client technical discussions and support estimation, feasibility assessment, and delivery planning.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on expertise with UiPath Studio, Maestro, Robots, APIs, and Agents.
  • Strong programming skills in C#/.NET and Python.
  • Experience with BPM, RPA, APIs, RPA frameworks, reusable components, and enterprise automation patterns.
  • Experience integrating automations with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, ERP systems, CRM systems, and other enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered automation, including Document Understanding, AI Center, machine learning, intelligent extraction, and decision automation.
  • Familiarity with Azure or AWS and with secure, scalable software architectures and automation lifecycle management.
  • Ability to assess automation feasibility and technical risks, design robust solutions, and troubleshoot complex automation issues.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor automation engineers and translate architecture or business requirements into technical designs.
  • Experience with Agile delivery models such as Scrum or Kanban, version control, release management, quality governance, and documentation standards.
  • Understanding of efficiency concepts, KPIs, and operational automation metrics.
