Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify test scenarios.
Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test data.
Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and UAT support testing across eLIMS-BPT and integrated applications.
Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and automated test suites.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve automation reliability and coverage.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through closure, including root cause analysis for escaped defects.
Support release planning, validation activities, controlled deployments, release readiness reviews, and risk assessments.
Generate and maintain testing evidence for regulated environments and support audit and compliance activities.
Define and track quality metrics including defect leakage, automation coverage, and test effectiveness.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, Functional Analysts, and Support teams.
Mentor junior QA engineers and guide testing best practices.
Drive testing strategy, process improvements, and quality-focused delivery practices.

5–8+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
Strong experience with functional and regression testing.
Experience with WebdriverIO, Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent test automation tools.
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, or an equivalent scripting language.
Good understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Experience with SQL and database validation.
Experience using Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools.
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and release management practices.
MCA or a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent.
Healthcare, life sciences, laboratory systems, LIMS, ELN, or regulated-environment experience is preferred.
Understanding of validation concepts and evidence generation in regulated systems is advantageous.
Performance testing experience with JMeter or an equivalent tool is desirable.
Azure services, cloud-based applications, enterprise-scale distributed systems, and security testing knowledge are desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, mentoring, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills.
