Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, record types, permissions, sharing rules, automation, reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and Apex test classes.
- Manage Salesforce CPQ catalogs, pricebooks, bundles, subscription products, pricing rules, discount schedules, approval matrices, quote templates, and quote-to-order workflows.
- Own NetSuite-to-Salesforce, HubSpot-to-Salesforce, and Zendesk-to-Salesforce integrations and maintain clean data flows.
- Build REST and SOAP API integrations using middleware such as Make or Workato.
- Design and maintain Clay enrichment waterfalls, lead capture, scoring, routing, nurture, lifecycle, and campaign automation.
- Manage Salesforce sandboxes, deployment across development, staging, and production, release notes, change logs, UAT, and sprint-based delivery cycles.
Requirements
- Hands-on Salesforce Core experience and strong Salesforce CPQ experience are required.
- Experience with Apex development, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder, SOQL, SOSL, REST and SOAP integrations, Salesforce middleware, CPQ configuration, quote-to-order processes, approval workflows, output document templates, and Apex test coverage is required.
- Experience integrating HubSpot and NetSuite or a similar ERP with Salesforce, plus Zendesk or an equivalent support platform, is required.
- Working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Looker is required.
- Required certifications are Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, and Salesforce CPQ Specialist.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI-driven enrichment, agentic workflows, Clay, Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, HubSpot Breeze, Git-based source control, Salesloft, or Outreach.
- Strong written and spoken English is required for asynchronous collaboration with the Toronto-based team.
