Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based data-analysis pipelines, custom analyzers, and telemetry reporting frameworks for simulation runs.
- Build C++ and Python adapters and automated test-orchestration wrappers around HM Forge.
- Create scenario-generation and domain-randomization pipelines to test autonomy behaviors across varied environments.
- Analyze simulation logs, rosbags, and network captures to reproduce and debug autonomy software and simulator defects.
- Build agentic workflows that discover test data, identify analysis needs, and generate or evolve performance-analysis suites.
- Prototype and deploy distributed testing orchestration templates using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Forge Server.
- Write developer guides, API documentation, and workspace templates for automated simulation testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong Python software-development experience focused on data analysis, scripting, and automation, including libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
- Hands-on experience with automated test orchestration, CI/CD, simulation environments, and container-based architectures such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid software-engineering fundamentals, including Git, automated testing, debugging, and Linux development.
- Experience or familiarity with distributed-compute frameworks or container-orchestration tools is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex asynchronous software systems and obtain and maintain an active U.S. SECRET security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
