Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments.
- Manage Salesforce environments, version control, and release processes across development, testing, and production.
- Collaborate with development teams to establish DevOps best practices and deployment standards.
- Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance through automated monitoring and governance.
- Support production releases, troubleshoot deployment issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform, Apex, LWC, and Metadata API.
- Hands-on experience with Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Expertise in Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, branching strategies, and source-driven development.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, package-based development, deployment automation, and environment management.
- Proficiency in Shell, Python, or PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
