Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models for instruction tuning and domain adaptation.
- Experiment with training data, model parameters, and evaluation methods to improve relevance and performance.
- Prepare and preprocess large datasets for model training and validation.
- Evaluate model quality using natural language processing techniques and model evaluation metrics.
- Deploy and monitor models in real-world production applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document methodologies and findings for knowledge sharing and future development.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience fine-tuning language models for instruction-based tasks and domain-specific adaptation.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and model evaluation metrics.
- Ability to work with large datasets and preprocess data for training and validation.
- Familiarity with Python or similar programming languages used in machine learning workflows.
- Experience with model deployment and performance monitoring.
- 15 years of full-time education.
