Base Salary

$197k - $262k/yr

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain the full-stack platform using React.js and Node.js.
Lead technical decisions to ensure high performance and maintainability.
Design and optimize APIs for frontend applications and third-party integrations.
Improve database design and query optimization for efficient data handling.
Enhance the design system and UI components using Material-UI.
Implement observability tools for logging, monitoring, and performance analysis.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies to drive innovation.
Collaborate with QA engineers to deliver well-tested software.
Define and enforce testing strategies using tools like Jest.
Mentor and guide engineers through technical design reviews and knowledge-sharing.
Lead technical initiatives that align with company goals.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack development.
Deep expertise in React.js and scalable frontend architectures.
Strong backend development experience with Node.js and GraphQL APIs.
Proficiency in SQL database technologies like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Experience with performance optimization for both frontend and backend.
Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
Experience with containerization and cloud infrastructure.
Ability to learn Python for backend development is a plus.
Experience in CI/CD environments for automated deployments.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
