Responsibilities
- Design and document end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business needs.
- Lead project and feature architecture, guide engineering teams through implementation, and evaluate technical trade-offs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, strategy, and architecture teams across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Ensure technical feasibility, performance, integration alignment, and architectural quality through reviews.
- Develop reusable architecture frameworks, components, patterns, and reference implementations.
- Contribute to planning, estimation, technology evaluations, enterprise roadmaps, and cross-domain architecture forums.
- Evaluate SaaS vendors using cost, scalability, integration complexity, vendor stability, standards alignment, and proof-of-concept criteria.
- Identify and drive opportunities to integrate AI and ML capabilities into enterprise solutions.
- Promote responsible, ethical, privacy-conscious, and compliant AI adoption across the architecture domain.
Requirements
- Seasoned technologist with strong architectural thinking and a solid background in hands-on software or platform engineering.
- Deep understanding of at least one architectural product-to-market domain stream and the ability to contribute to cross-domain discussions.
- Experience supporting architecture from project planning through delivery while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience engaging with Principal and Senior Principal Architects and translating enterprise strategy into practical domain solutions.
- Ability to produce technical documentation and architecture artifacts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration, delivery orientation, attention to detail, and independent architectural problem-solving skills.
- Experience evaluating SaaS vendors and presenting recommendations with clear trade-off analysis.
- Understanding of responsible AI adoption, including data privacy, model governance, and balancing innovation with risk.
- Curiosity about practical enterprise applications of predictive analytics, generative AI, ML-powered features, or AI-augmented engineering workflows.
