Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the web stack (React/Next.js + Python) for AI-native workflows.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to shape user-facing features.
- Translate complex backend data structures into intuitive interfaces.
- Debug and improve frontend and backend systems for performance.
- Attend customer and sales meetings to gather feedback for product design.
- Drive architectural improvements for scale and developer velocity.
- Take ownership of core product modules across the stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a fullstack or frontend-focused engineer.
- Previous B2B and startup experience required.
- Expertise in React/Next.js and frontend systems architecture.
- Comfortable working across the stack in Python when needed.
- Passionate about user experience and delivering polished UIs.
- Proven ability to manage projects from planning to deployment.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and performance optimization.
- Desire to engage with customers and incorporate their feedback.
