Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the web stack to support fast, reliable AI-native workflows.
- Collaborate with product and design to shape user-facing features from specification through launch.
- Translate complex backend data structures into intuitive user interfaces.
- Debug and improve frontend and backend systems to increase performance and reduce latency.
- Attend customer and sales meetings to understand workflows and incorporate feedback into product design.
- Drive architectural improvements supporting scale, modularity, and developer velocity.
- Own core product modules across the full stack.
- Help define technical architecture, influence product strategy, and shape future engineering hires.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack or frontend-focused engineer.
- Previous B2B and startup experience is required.
- Expertise in React/Next.js and frontend systems architecture.
- Ability to work across the stack in Python when needed.
- Strong interest in user experience and shipping polished, performant UIs.
- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end from planning through deployment.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and performance optimization.
- Willingness to participate in customer meetings and translate feedback into product experiences.
- Background in life sciences, healthcare, or real-world data is a plus.
- Data science experience is a plus.
- Experience at healthcare AI startups or technical consulting firms is a plus.
- Experience deploying AI in regulated or enterprise settings is a plus.
