Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems and applications.
- Build agentic AI applications with tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Implement RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, CI/CD pipelines, unit and integration tests, and offline and online evaluations.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate progress, communicate trade-offs, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Java Full Stack Development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Proficiency in at least two core build languages among Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- Ability to learn quickly, iterate rapidly, communicate clearly, and translate business problems into practical solutions.
- Preferred experience includes C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, Bash, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, PyTest, JUnit, Jest, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs.
