Responsibilities
- Build overseas financial products and solutions for consumers and support global business and users.
- Participate in the international payment platform’s system design, research and development, technological innovation, and team activities.
- Design large-scale distributed systems for complex payment businesses with attention to development, operation, maintenance, and reliability costs.
- Identify business and system deficiencies and bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve customer experience, performance, and stability.
- Participate in technical project design and reviews, evaluate project quality, and improve system iteration and R&D effectiveness.
- Coordinate execution and collaborate across teams to resolve technical and project issues.
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing high-availability, large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong programming fundamentals, good programming practices, and code review experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, Golang, C++, or PHP.
- In-depth understanding of distributed systems, caching, messaging, search, recommendation, and related mechanisms.
- Experience diagnosing and solving online system problems.
- Strong system design and analysis skills, project management capabilities, cross-team communication, coordination, and execution skills.
- Practical experience building distributed systems with high availability and financial security.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in a large-scale internet business.
- Fintech or domestic or international online payment experience is preferred.
- International team experience is preferred.
