Responsibilities
- Own quality across the TyrOS software development lifecycle.
- Review pull requests and validate testing evidence.
- Build and maintain the Playwright end-to-end test suite.
- Design automated tests to reduce manual regression testing.
- Execute release regression testing for production readiness.
- Perform non-functional testing including performance and accessibility.
- Partner with engineers to review acceptance criteria and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with Mission Managers to validate deployments and workflows.
- Establish QA metrics, documentation, and repeatable processes.
- Continuously improve testing strategy through automation and tooling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar testing frameworks.
- Experience building and maintaining automated testing suites.
- Comfortable reading application code and familiar with Go or TypeScript/React.
- Strong understanding of regression testing methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and reports.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
