Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Develop high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and the Lightning Platform.
- Implement and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ capabilities.
- Test and debug Apex code to ensure Salesforce application quality and performance.
- Design and implement integrations with other systems in collaboration with administrators and integration teams.
- Perform code reviews, identify improvements, and enhance development processes.
- Support go-live activities including system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, cross-functional teams, and global technology teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical discussions, documentation, problem-solving, and customer-focused support.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of technical experience.
- At least 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Lightning Web Components, the Lightning Platform, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and CPQ.
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools, technical solutions, supporting documentation, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience collaborating with front-end, middleware, ETL, and other cross-functional technology teams.
- Experience integrating systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Professional qualification or equivalent; a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a STEM discipline is desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, English reading and writing, independent working, multitasking, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, CPQ technologies, relevant DevOps certifications, or Agile certifications is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial markets is desirable.
- Ability to leverage AI-powered developer tools to build reliable, secure, and scalable CRM solutions.
