Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Build frontend and backend components with seamless integration.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing applications using engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Backend experience with one or more of Java, Spring Boot, .NET, C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with one or more of React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
