Responsibilities
- Design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and implement them through code development and scripting.
- Support customers from proof of concept through production deployment, including resource configuration, planning, education, and training.
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations at customer meetings and events.
- Create technical assets including white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on cloud solutions and customer success.
Requirements
- Demonstrated specialist knowledge sufficient to translate business needs into solutions.
- Ability to develop code and scripts, configure resources, and support successful cloud deployments.
- Ability to present technical demonstrations and educate or train customers.
- Ability to work with limited supervision in a customer-facing technical role.
