Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-ready ML models for revenue optimization, demand forecasting, and offer personalization.
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion through training, evaluation, and deployment on AWS SageMaker.
- Apply LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and prompt engineering to generative AI features.
- Lead MLOps implementation, including model monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Partner with product and data teams to translate airline business problems into ML solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate model development and improve code quality.
- Mentor junior AI engineers on ML best practices.
Requirements
- Require 3–5 years of ML/AI engineering experience with production model deployment.
- Require expert Python ML skills and experience with LLMs, RAG, and generative AI.
- Require experience with MLOps, AWS SageMaker, and production ML infrastructure.
- Require a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Preferred experience includes applying LLMs, RAG, and generative AI to enterprise software products, including prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of airline AI applications such as revenue management, demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and offer personalization.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, and related AI services.
