Base Salary
$175k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype and build internal tools for various functions.
- Work on ML infrastructure, internal tooling, and data management.
- Improve developer productivity and application reliability through tooling.
- Develop custom internal tools and integrations for complex workflows.
- Consult with research teams to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Maintain and iterate on tools based on user feedback.
- Monitor tool reliability and troubleshoot issues.
- Advocate for user-friendly interfaces, APIs, and UX.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production full-stack software with a focus on usability.
- Strong communication skills.
- Start-up mindset.
- Proficiency with modern web development stacks.
- Experience with cloud technologies.
- Experience working with ML research teams.
- Focus on reliability and iterative improvement.
- Experience building internal tools.
- Ability to balance trade-offs while maintaining security, privacy, and reliability standards.
- Knowledge of security and privacy best practices.
