Base Salary
$175k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype and build internal tools for a variety of functions
- Work on ML infrastructure, internal tooling, and data management
- Improve developer productivity and application reliability through developer tooling and practices
- Develop custom internal tools and integrations for complex workflows
- Consult with research teams to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Maintain and iterate on tools based on user feedback
- Monitor tool reliability and troubleshoot issues
- Advocate for usable interfaces, APIs, and user experiences
Requirements
- At least four years of experience building production full-stack software with a focus on usability
- Strong communication skills and a startup mindset
- Proficiency with modern web development stacks and experience with cloud technologies
- Experience working with ML research teams and building internal tools
- Demonstrated focus on reliability and iterative improvement
- Experience balancing trade-offs while maintaining security, privacy, and reliability standards
- Knowledge of security and privacy best practices
