Base Salary
$200k - $375k/yr
Responsibilities
- Train and deploy machine learning models for the recommendation engine.
- Design evaluations to assess recommendation capabilities and reinforcement learning systems that learn from results data.
- Build personalization and long-term memory systems for Known’s conversational AI.
- Use large language models to enhance user-facing AI agents.
- Own the end-to-end model lifecycle from ideation and training through deployment and monitoring.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience training and deploying machine learning models in production using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience applying or fine-tuning large language models to build agentic systems or complex conversational AI.
- Experience with neural network models.
- Experience with model deployment and basic infrastructure such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP.
- Motivation to build intelligence for human connection and compatibility.
