Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, support, and maintain scalable enterprise software solutions.
- Participate in complex design and development assignments, project and product releases, and work across legacy and modern technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, stakeholders, and development teams on requirements and solutions.
- Understand application architecture, write technical specifications, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Troubleshoot production systems, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve application issues.
- Direct and enforce quality measures for deliverables and review development output.
- Mentor and guide engineers on applications, architecture, and software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools and participate in day-to-day support and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Proficiency with Java and strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Experience with Vue, Angular, or React web frameworks, with Vue identified as the primary framework.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SQL, relational databases, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Groovy/Grails and/or other Java DSLs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, attention-to-detail, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
