Responsibilities
- Build the backend of a new product and contribute to frontend development.
- Define the product architecture and technology stack.
- Launch the initial MVP and ensure the system can scale.
- Establish an AI-native environment for agent-assisted team development.
- Shape technical principles, engineering processes, and the team’s engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of backend development or full-stack experience with a backend focus.
- Experience working in a product company.
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript experience.
- Frontend development experience with React or Next.js using TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST API design.
- Understanding of software architecture and system design.
- Practical experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Experience writing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Active use of AI tools and agentic coding, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools.
- Experience establishing technical architecture and engineering processes during the early stages of a product is preferred.
