Responsibilities

Drive the technical charter for the Compute Platform, focusing on orchestration and security architecture.
Design and implement platform APIs and Kubernetes operators using Go.
Collaborate with product management to build and drive the roadmap for the Compute Platform.
Deliver initiatives in workload scheduling, network isolation, and resource management.
Lead technical design reviews and architectural decisions across teams.
Mentor and grow engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Own operational aspects including availability, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery.

8+ years of experience delivering scalable software solutions.
Proven track record of leading large-scale, highly available systems.
Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including controller development and multi-cluster architectures.
Strong proficiency in Go with experience in distributed systems.
Experience with multi-tenant architectures and security isolation patterns.
Familiarity with gRPC, Protobuf, and API design.
Experience with observability tools and operational excellence practices.
Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Track record of providing technical leadership and mentorship.
Collaborative attitude with a focus on teamwork.
