Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale primary AI features, including complex Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Fine-tune and adapt language models for specific legal tasks.
- Develop evaluation methods and monitoring systems for AI features in production.
- Identify effective AI techniques to solve product challenges.
- Collaborate with product, backend, and legal experts to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on AI/ML products.
- Deep proficiency in Python and experience building scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs like OpenAI and familiarity with the ML project lifecycle.
- Data-driven problem-solving skills with a balance of complexity and simplicity in solutions.
- Strong user impact focus and ability to make technical trade-offs.
