Base Salary
$75k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting solutions for risk reporting processes.
- Build and integrate AI-enabled workflows for data preparation, validation, and report generation.
- Develop and maintain Python and Shell applications and scripts that support reporting automation and system health monitoring.
- Re-engineer legacy manual reporting processes into modern automated pipelines.
- Design data marts and star schemas for Power BI consumption and optimize SQL for accurate risk reporting outputs.
- Investigate data quality and reporting issues, identify root causes, and implement durable technical remediations.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support alignment, transparency, and data integrity.
Requirements
- A few years of hands-on experience in reporting automation or data development.
- Strong mastery of SQL, including complex views, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Ability to use Python and Shell scripting to automate reporting workflows and build supporting applications.
- Familiarity with applying AI-enabled workflows and tooling to reporting processes.
- Experience with version control using Git and a solid grasp of dimensional modeling and modern data warehouse concepts.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Power BI experience, including DAX and Power Query, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is preferred.
- Ability to manage deliverables independently, troubleshoot complex problems, and communicate clearly with varied stakeholders.
