Responsibilities
- Act as the senior technical consultant and Solution Architect for complex Adobe Experience Cloud engagements.
- Design integrated solutions across AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, AEM Assets, Edge Delivery Services, Universal Editor, Content Fragments, headless delivery, and Dynamic Media.
- Architect large-scale enterprise AEM Sites and Assets platforms and determine the appropriate use of traditional, headless, hybrid, and Edge Delivery Services architectures.
- Define Edge Delivery Services project architecture, engineering standards, reusable blocks, and block libraries.
- Architect customer profiles, identity, audience segmentation, behavioral data collection, personalization, experimentation, decisioning, journey orchestration, analytics, and measurement capabilities.
- Define integrations across web and mobile experiences, Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection, Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
- Architect integrations with commerce, CRM, PIM, ERP, DAM, search, customer-data, identity, consent-management, marketing, loyalty, API, microservice, and data platforms.
- Lead architecture for large transformation programs, govern engineering teams, support technical solutioning and strategic pursuits, and contribute to reusable architecture assets and capability development.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise technology experience.
- Significant experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Consultant.
- Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, including AEM as a Cloud Service, and strong practical architecture experience with Edge Delivery Services.
- Strong understanding of the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and experience architecting complex enterprise digital-experience, customer-data, personalization, and analytics solutions.
- Strong enterprise integration, cloud-native, and composable architecture experience.
- Experience engaging senior client technology stakeholders and governing large engineering teams.
- Expert or deep knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service, AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Edge Delivery Services, enterprise web and experience architecture, integration architecture, cloud-native solution architecture, and performance architecture.
- Strong architectural knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection, personalization, and customer-data architecture.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Commerce, Dynamic Media, Adobe Firefly, generative AI, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, API management, microservices, event-driven architecture, and modern front-end architecture.
