Responsibilities
- Analyze business models, user needs, hypotheses, roadmaps, and product-oriented backlogs.
- Design structured, maintainable software using established architecture principles and modern patterns.
- Use AI tools to build prototypes and MVPs, automate testing, and deploy software securely.
- Monitor AI decisions, requirements quality, costs, API limits, system performance, and production observability.
- Develop and orchestrate AI agents, automate workflows, and connect enterprise data through frameworks such as LangChain and MCP.
- Take on both technical and product-strategic responsibility while collaborating in simulated Product Teams.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of modern software development.
- Interest in technology and building products that users value.
- Willingness to learn AI development and agentic workflows.
- Ability to understand users and stakeholders and approach technical solutions from a product perspective.
- Collaborative working style and interest in Scrum and Kanban.
- Curiosity, ambition, adaptability, and willingness to continuously develop technically.
- Recommended German language proficiency of B2.
