Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture design and core capability development for an AI Agent platform.
  • Develop task orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory, and multi-agent collaboration capabilities.
  • Embed AI-native capabilities into coding, solution generation, test generation, reporting, and environment setup workflows.
  • Design, integrate, and apply enterprise RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graph solutions.
  • Establish runtime governance and operational frameworks for isolation, access control, auditability, evaluation, reliability, and cost management.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and platform teams to standardize and productionize platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in backend or platform engineering, architecture, or similar enterprise-scale delivery roles.
  • At least three recent years delivering AI-related production systems in a commercial environment.
  • Strong system design skills focused on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Proficiency in Java or Python with strong coding fundamentals and hands-on experience delivering complex systems.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs and agent architectures, including planning, tool use, context and session management, memory, execution loops, and exception handling.
  • Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI coding and developer tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise RAG, GraphRAG, or knowledge graph solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to drive cross-team execution and deliver production outcomes.
