Base Salary
$157k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, maintainable, and reusable front-end solutions.
- Establish front-end development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines across engineering teams.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, backend/API developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user experiences.
- Create and evolve design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Ensure applications meet accessibility, usability, security, performance, and responsive design standards.
- Mentor and guide UI developers through code reviews, technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and career development.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and make architectural decisions for large-scale software initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-scale web applications.
- Extensive expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience leading front-end architecture, delivery, standards, design systems, and reusable component libraries.
