Base Salary

$125k - $183k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery execution for complex software engineering and AI/ML projects from inception through production.
  • Guide technical work involving AI-enabled products, software architecture, full-stack development, and scalable systems.
  • Set objectives, scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and release plans for multiple complex projects.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery blockers and risks while maintaining transparent stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate engineering, product, AI, data, user-experience, operations, finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Improve software engineering processes, AI tooling, delivery practices, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Coach and mentor team members and lead through influence across engineering teams.
  • Partner on product budgets and business plans, forecast resource needs, track spending, and align investments with priorities.
  • Ensure delivered products are handed off smoothly to Operations for ongoing support and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field.
  • At least 8 years of experience working in software engineering roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical lead, engineering manager, delivery lead, or senior program management role.
  • Experience leading complex engineering and AI/ML delivery projects from inception to production.
  • Understanding of full-stack development, message brokers, distributed data management, observability, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and LLM APIs.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML and GenAI concepts, including large language models, agentic workflows, and data pipelines.
  • Experience scaling software engineering teams, coaching and mentoring team members, and delivering high-scale software products.
  • Demonstrated ability to scope, schedule, and resource multiple complex projects with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong communication, influencing, collaboration, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
