Base Salary

$102k - $128k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Manage, configure, develop, implement, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
  • Translate application story cards, business requirements, and use cases into ServiceNow service requests and workflows.
  • Design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using APIs, web services, IntegrationHub, or equivalent methods.
  • Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow mobile applications and mobile user experiences.
  • Identify and resolve application, integration, workflow, and performance bottlenecks through root-cause analysis.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, data flows, interfaces, technical designs, and development procedures.
  • Support release readiness reviews and prepare release, deployment, and rollback documentation.
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, architects, cybersecurity personnel, quality assurance resources, and other developers.
  • Work within established development standards, source control, controlled promotion processes, customer-approved acceptance criteria, and formal government review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience.
  • ITIL certification.
  • ServiceNow certification or demonstrated equivalent platform expertise.
  • Completion of ServiceNow integration training or certification.
  • Completion of ServiceNow mobile development training or certification.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Federal or Legislative Branch development experience in a change-controlled environment.
  • Advanced ServiceNow development experience across configuration, scripting, workflow, and application development.
  • Hands-on experience building and supporting integrations with APIs, web services, and IntegrationHub or an equivalent technology.
  • Experience designing, configuring, or developing ServiceNow mobile applications and mobile user experiences.
  • Experience with ServiceNow performance troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, source control, and controlled promotion from development to production.
  • Ability to produce technical documentation acceptable to and maintainable by a government customer.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to complete the required U.S. Senate facility and system access background investigation and meet ongoing personnel security reporting requirements.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
