Responsibilities

Work on impactful customer technical projects, including designing reference architectures.
Collaborate with engagement managers to scope professional services work.
Guide customers in implementing big data projects and migrations.
Consult on architecture and design to facilitate customer adoption of Databricks.
Provide escalated support for customer operational issues.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project delivery meets customer needs.
Work with Engineering and Customer Support to resolve product issues.

6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics.
Strong expertise in data warehousing concepts and migration strategies.
Proficient in coding with Python, Pyspark, or Scala.
Familiar with two or more cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), with expertise in at least one.
Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark.
Knowledge of CI/CD for production deployments.
Familiarity with MLOps.
Experience in designing and deploying end-to-end data architectures.
Proven track record in managing technical project delivery.
Strong documentation and white-boarding skills.
Experience in client interaction and conflict management.
Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
Databricks Certification is preferred.
